New equipments. Be smart about workout hours as this place can get a little crowded aroound certian hours. I been going there for months before I found out there's an Olympic size swimming pool.
Staff cool.
And facility is clean

Good gym in a pinch. As long as you avoid the peak hours, the cardio machines and weights are typically available.

The indoor pool is always clean and pretty free of people from the few times I've gone. The little bathing suit dryer next to the pool is so convenient and I've never seen one before. The gym itself is also very nice, working out here is always easy and I've never had any problems.

Neat gym, two flat benches, 2 squat racks, a bunch of treadmills, ellipticals, stationary bikes, two racquetball courts and a nice indoor basketball court with a track above it. I never saw the pool, but I'm sure it's a nice one too. I'm a fan.

Great gym but weight lifting area is packed after 1600. Mornings before 0700 are less crowded. Opens at 0500. Pool is heated. Indoor track. Large cardio area. Racquet ball courts.

I give 3 stars for the weight section. I'm not rating the other functions and sports held at Q-80. Q-80 weight section is really small, not a lot of machines and has a silent vibe. If you're a hardcore body builder this is not your place.

It would be better if more workout equipment to avoid "hurry up & wait", bb ct bigger than gym.

I recommended the Navy to spend at least $50 more for internet speed. As much as it wastes money they can't spend on what people really need.

Good gym, but ventilation here SUCKS... You can feel the heavy/low oxigen/BO air has soon you step in, they keep fans pushing air all over but still.

Decent gym for military dependants to attend. Most of the equipment works and it is reasonably clean.

Crowded around 4-6pm, upgraded Cafe, a quiet place to go for a run upstairs as well as a place to relax.

Pro: Nice pool. Aqua aerobics on Friday mornings is great. Plenty of lockers in locker room. ABNB Federal Credit Union ATM available on site.
Con: Morning parking is hard to find. Too far away from HRT bus stops. The closest bus stop I know of is a MAX stop.

It's not a bad gym. They got workout machines, weights, basketball court, racquetball, running track upstairs, video games, computers with internet and CAC readers. It's got a sauna and pools and showers and lockers. Bring ya own lock. The whole joint has wifi. With T-Mobile the reception here is terrible. And the parking is pretty bad too. It gets real crowded 0700-0800 and 1600-1800. But all in all it'll do.

Great variety of equipment and longer working hours. Be prepared to for a crowd near the weights. There are plenty of cardio machines, indoor pool, but the weight room area is too small cramped.

Constantly packed here and the layout could have been done better. Pool is nice although only 4 lanes available. Staff is very nice and helpful. Parking is minimal given the fact that overflow parking shares a lot with local military so you can find yourself making a long walk to the gym/back to your vehicle.

Decent gym. Cell signal is low, could not find WiFi, pool is small, sauna has a real bad smell. Overall, it's a free membership, so you get what you pay for. I prefer the Portsmouth gym, it might not be as big, but it has what I need without the traffic.
Update: Does have WiFi.

By far the worst gym I ever been in. Cons: SUPER small, Not enough equipment. Pros: it's on base (no membership is required -free).
