I love this place. This is my place to get my monthly pedicure usually done by the owners wife. However, today I went in around 650pm asked if they were still open and they said yes. Owners wife was in the middle of another pedi. The woman that did my pedi cut my big toe nails WAY too short, you can see my meat hanging out. I was overdue for my monthly service about 2 1/2 months, so yes my toe nails were a little long. She asked to cut them short, I said yes. Her meaning of short is way off. Maybe I should've said "trim" but I mean nobody would want them this short. I didn't get her name but she has short black hair, about ear length and tattoo eyebrows. Maybe she is new ??? because I don't recall seeing her there before. I will continue coming here to get my service but this time stick with the owners wife. Oh and I told her before she started polishing that she cut them too short and she didn't say anything. She compared both toes and again nothing to say and started painting. Deluxe pedi was $35 plus I got gel on the big toe nails only so it was $5 more. Total of $40, no tip.

The WORST! I paid for deluxe and the lady forgot to do my hot stones and 5min massage, so I told the guy and they accused me of not paying attention! So I said to check the cameras and he refused. I think I would know if there were hot rocks on my legs and I got a 5 minute massage that these swollen feet desperately needed! So instead of reducing my price, he OVER CHARGED me an extra $5. Also I said i wanted clear gems and they did gold and blue.. I don't like gold! And I said i don't like it but she acted like she didn't hear me tell her to take them off. I'm pissed. I know it's a luxury but I expect to get exactly what's offered and what I ask for or to be charged accordingly. 0/10 do NOT recommend this nail salon run with awful behavior

Be careful about going here. We set an appointment which was to be at 2 PM We finally got started on our services at 4:15 PM Ridiculous. Hotter than H@LL, super loud, and smelled like cigarettes Find somewhere else

My wife recently went to this establishment for getting her nails done by an employee named Miley 3 days later one of the nails fell off. She went back again and saw an employee named Zenda who replaced the nail, but after 1 day it fell off. I am disappointed on the quality work that was supposed be done in the first place. The manager was very rude and unprofessional about the whole matter telling my wife that they were doing her the favor of replacing the nail free of charge. I was in awe hearing this and realized that they have to be using cheap products in the adheisive used to place the nails on. I dont recommend anyone going there for nail placement. Use caution.

My mother and I stopped her for a pedicure, and let me tell ya it was the best pedicure I've had in my entire life! They did Himalayan salt, masks, hot rocks and hot towels! My toes look amazing and I really felt like I was in paradise! 10/10 recommend! We will be coming back!
