Pretty much all the ZX-10R models run a120/70/17 front tyreand a190/55/17 rear tyre. The exception is the first model, launched in 2004 which ran a190/50/17rear tyre.

Kawasaki ZX-10R Stock Tyres
The ZX-10R has been fitted with a few different tyres as OEM. The original 2004 model came with Bridgestone BT-014 tyres as standard but they don’t make that tyre any more. The 2011 version came withBridgestone BT-016 Pro tyresas standard and for original equipment tyres, they weren’t bad. The 2021 model comes withBridgestone RS11 tyresas standard.

Typically the ZX-10R is a bike for the biker who wants one do-it-all weapon in the garage. Most are used for pleasure riding but we do have customers who use them to commute and some who use them to go performance touring. Quite a few of our customers also take them on track. You can find your motorcycle manufacturer’s recommended tyre pressures in your owner’s handbook. You’ll also find a tyre pressure chart sticker on the swingarm.
If you have no idea what pressures to run, this is our general rule:
Scooter: F 30psi, R 30psi
Normal Motorcycle: F 36psi, R 42psi
Big Tourer: F 42psi, R 42psi
125cc Bike: F 33psi, R 36psi
