Solar Warlock is home to the best support Super in the game with Well of Radiance. This build revolves around Phoenix Protocol, which gives Super energy when getting kills or assists while in the Well. Once you reach the more challenging waves, having Well of Radiance is a lifesaver, and having a long uptime on your Super will makes a huge difference. Meanwhile, Sunshot pairs well with this build since it will scorch targets, which synergizes well with your ability regen.

Void Warlocks have the highest ability uptimes in the game. It also has access to most of Void 3.0’s subclass verbs like Weaken, Devour, and Overshield. This subclass can quickly clear out massive groups of enemies with Vortex Grenade while tougher targets get debuffed with Child of the Old Gods draining them. The core Exotic for the build is Briarbinds, which allows for more duration and damage with Child of the Old Gods as well as the ability to redeploy it somewhere else, which feeds you with more ability energy.

Stasis for Onslaught is one of the best subclasses for a horde mode, as you can generate Stasis crystals to freeze groups of enemies in place while creating a physical barrier that prevents enemies from going past a certain point. Stasis Walock has the Aspect: Bleak Watcher, a Stasis turret that slows enemies it hits. Thanks to this perk, the Verglas Curve Exotic Bow will significantly aid in generating Stasis crystals, which makes its hip-fire shot create crystals for every final blow.

Much like Stasis, Strand Warlock is a crowd-control focused build using the Aspect: Mindspun Invocation, where consuming your Shackle Grenade will give you a buff that suspends nearby enemies. For the Exotic, Necrotic Grips poisons targets upon hit, but when paired with the Osteo Striga Exotic SMG, you can spread heavy poison stacks to enemy groups. Finally, Weaver’s Trance, the buff given by Mindspun Invocation, shares the same blast radius as the Osteo Striga, meaning that you can suspend enemies while inflicting massive DoTs on them.
